HealthCare Project Manager / Head Nurse (H/F) – ASAP

Description des missions:

The job incumbent will have two main missions :

PROJECT MANAGEMENT / BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER:

• Setting up the project on the medical and nursing sides including (but not limitative)

• Designing, writing and implementing clinical and patient’s pathways according to latest standards

• Recruiting and onboarding nurses and other medical staff (excl. doctors)

• Liaising with doctors to facilitate their integration in the project and their medical practise

• Contributing to the definition and selection of the biomedical equipment, drugs and consumables list

• Leasing with the other collaborators to respect the deadlines and milestones of the project

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT / NURSE CARE:

• Managing the nursing team to guarantee safety of care, high quality of service and best patient experience

• Being the key person to tackle daily operations issues impacting the patient satisfaction

• Coordinating the work between the different units as well as the back office and support services

• Liaising with patients and family as and when required

• Suggesting and leading action plans to ensure and develop patient wellbeing, support and satisfaction

• Building a dynamic and enthusiastic nursing team with a patient centric mindset

Formations, compétences et expériences:

• Diploma in Nursing or Medical (GP)

• At least 5 years working experience

• Experience in Management and/or project management

• International experience would be a plus

• Experience in specific units (ICU-NICU, D-Care, OT, ER,..) would be a plus Other Requisites

• Excellent planning and organisational skills to be able to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines

• IT skills to be able to be part of the digitalisation journey

• Management and conflict resolution skills

• Attention to detail

• Leadership skills and big-picture thinking

• Fluent in English and French both in writing and speaking
