Description des missions:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Perform analysis of customer behavior and purchasing patterns from extracted data using Excel
- Perform specific analyses on the website performance and on advertising and promotional campaigns using Google Analytics
- Communicate insights in a clear and timely manner (presentations and deliverables that can be used by others)
- Summarize data trends and systems interface issues for presentation to Senior Management
- Analyze and report on customer growth opportunities and prospective customer value
- Assessing online behavioral data and presenting improvement recommendations
- Implement changes under supervision
- Provide additional support to the eBusiness group as needed
Formations, compétences et expériences:
- Master student in a business school (emphasis in technology, or statistics, or data science) or in computer science
- You possess strong communication & technical skills
- You have a strong interest in e-commerce or technology industry.
- You are responsible, dependable, and a quick learner
- Have excellent Excel skills and you understand Google Analytics
